Polite staff and an efficient sales service which made our purchase a hassle free experience. The showroom is bright, clean and has a good selection of bikes on show. We were offered refreshments almost immediately and made to feel very welcome. All our questions were answered and staff were happy to help. We didn't feel pressurised into buying and staff were relaxed about us sitting on a brand new bike to check the seating positions.

Took my bike here for a service yesterday and can't praise them enough, from the service desk (I think his name was James, apologies if its wrong) to the technicians in the workshop it was 5 star service. Price was good and even had a lesson on floating discs!! Bike is running lovely and feels a whole load better. I will be using these guys again.
Bought bike from here for a good price second hand. No issues with sales or immediate after service. I’ve had a few recalls done with seemingly no issues and only recently discovered two panels broken (on the inside) which I didn’t do so must have been done at Bill Smith as they are the only people to take it apart. Recently I had reason to call the service team several times and whilst they have been helpful they simply don’t answer the phone most of the time. A major failure on the bike has been looked at with very reasonable recovery cost (£30). Labour costs expensive at £72 per hour (twice that of many other non-dealers). Also noting the major fault on a 4 year old bike was met with quote of £1500-£2500 with no guarantees of repair (Thank You Suzuki electrics). The service guys did however state they would probably DIY the fault which was useful advice but I still paid £200+ for labour & recovery and no solution. Suzuki UK did comment the dealer could/should have request help from them but none was sought. Now left with a few bits missing/broken. I had bike returned in bits which was repaired by myself for £65 (not £1500 - £2500). Not sure I’d use again due to cost (labour charge), the breakages (however small) not notified and the fact the service team although very nice are so frustrating to get hold off. Also to note, when they are busy you might find yourself waiting a while for your bike to get seen to.
